Web Server Access Request Form

Any QUT organisational unit may request hosting for a website on the Central QUT Web Server.

Web development space is only to be used to carry out QUT business.

Access may be granted to community groups which have a close association with QUT at the discretion of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Division of Technology, Information and Learning Support.

Hosting is NOT provided to individual students or staff, even if it is study related.

Please fill in the below form to request website hosting or to request access to an existing website on the Central QUT Web Server. If you are requesting access for more than one user, please fill in the multiple user access form.

Note: If you are requesting hosting for a new website please also register the website on the web manual QUT website register.
