1. Is there any cost for using this service?
   No, there is no cost for using this service.
   
   
2. What do I need to access this service?
   A QUT-Access username and password, access to the Internet, and Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
   
   
3. How do I get this service?
   Staff need to register via the Information Technology Services Training Registration System and have their registration approved by their supervisor. Once approved, staff can log into the service the next working day.
   
   Students can contact the IT Heldesk or can be nominated by their lecturer.
