Stay informed about IT service availability through the following channels:

IT Helpdesk website

Visit the IT Helpdesk website to view the current system status which is updated with the very latest service availability information.

Service Bulletin webpage

Visit the Service Bulletin webpage for current information about planned maintenance and service issues.

Service Monitor - Email List (Staff only)

This email list is used to communicate major service outages and planned maintenance.

How to subscribe and unsubscribe to the Service Monitor email list:

  1. Log into QUT Virtual
  2. Click on Manage staff subscription interest groups link under Interest Groups.

To subscribe-

  1. Click on the Subscribe to a Staff Subscription Group link
  2. Select QUT Service Monitor Email List (service-monitor) from the drop-down menu
  3. Click SUBSCRIBE.

To unsubscribe-

  1. Click on Unsubscribe from Staff Subscription Groups
  2.  Click on the red X next to the group you wish to unsubscribe from.

Service Monitor - Voice Mail Message (Staff only)

This service provides updates on service availability by leaving voice mail messages on your desk phone.
