The Asset Management Plan (AMP) provides a holistic consideration of QUT's physical, virtual and other assets, in the context of broader resourcing imperatives. The primary focus of this plan is to continue to underpin the development, implementation and maintenance of QUT's physical and virtual infrastructure, in support of the University's business needs and community role, within a dynamic, rapidly changing and increasingly competitive business environment.
