The Project Portfolio Office provides support to the University's IT Governance
processes and procedures. The PPO does the following:
- Supports the Director of IT Services and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (TILS) leadership
through the Information Technology Governance Committee
- Maintains the IT Project Registry via quarterly updates
- Maintains and improves the Project Management Framework (PMF) to support
IT governance at QUT
- Monitors reports and advises on financial progress of the AMP (IT)
- Prepares an annual analysis of University-wide IT expenditure called the
IT Portfolio
- Provides executive support and is a key contributor to the annual AMP (IT)
prioritisation process.
- Contributes to the University's Asset Management Plan (AMP)
- Contributes to the University's Resource Plan.
