Setting up print services

You can print to the printers in the computer labs once you are connected to QUT's wired network via your laptop computer.

Click Start -> Run.
Type \\qutprintgp\students for black & white printing, or \\qutprintgp\students_col for colour printing and click OK.

Enter qutad\nXXXXXXX, where nXXXXXXX is your QUT Access username, and your QUT Access password in the "Connect to qutprintgp" window. Click OK.

$Enter qutad\nXXXXXXX as your username in the "Connect to qutprintgp" window, where nXXXXXXX is your username. Enter your QUT Access password as normal, then click OK.$
Click Yes on the "Connect to Printer" warning screen.

Select File -> Print from within any application and select the printer named \\qutprintgp\students for black and white printing . Select \\qutprintgp\students_col if you are printing in colour.
