IT Helpdesk
Staff should contact the IT Helpdesk on 3138 4000
or email ithelpdesk@qut.edu.au if you require
any assistance with the QUT Dial-in service.
IT Helpdesk will provide:
- Full support with any Operating System and software included in QUT's
Standard Operating Environment.
- Limited help will be provided in any Operating System
and software that is not included in QUT's
Standard Operating Environment.
- In addition, should a fault lie with the software on your QUT provided computer, you may also need to contact you local Computing Support Officer to have programs/software from QUT's Standard Operating Environment reinstalled.
WARNING:
Staff members should not install any software that is
not included in QUT's Standard Operating Environment on their office computers.
