The ITS Web Site Officer (as delegated by the Manager of Client Quality Services) is responsible for quality control, overall structure and content of the ITS web site in compliance to University guidelines and industry standards. The ITS Web Site Officer is also responsible for:
- ensuring the ITS web site complies with the standards set by Web Governance
- editing and pubishing of individual pages and sub-sites within the main ITS web site
- granting access to the web server via Macromedia Contribute for ITS staff
- maintaining a register of all web editor training, access and sub-sites maintained by ITS staff
- running regular web inspector reports and distributing to content editors within ITS
All enquiries/problems relating to the ITS web site should be directed in the first instance to the ITS Web Site Officer at its.webcoordinator@qut.edu.au.
