Business Relationship Managers:
- Develop relationships with clients at all levels within the university to
assist with assessing the quality of services provided by ITS. Almost all staff
and students use information technology's services.
- Liaise with ITS line managers to support the section with which they are
aligned and provide tactical support to the strategic relationships of those
line managers.
- Liaise with staff at all levels in the organisation to ensure services are
of a consistent and high quality.
- Inform the Manager, Client Quality Services and line managers on any issues
raised which could be detrimental to the ongoing quality of service provision of
the department.
- Establish and maintain effective communication across ITS to ensure up-to-date
and relevant information is available to all staff in all areas of the department.
- Liaise with ITS's clients at a tactical level to establish links with the
department and to manage and meet client expectations.
- Are required to maintain a high level of current expertise in client service
and Quality Management issues in the information technology industry.
