The Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides the faculties, institutes
and divisions with the services of a team of information technology consultants.
This group, Client Quality Services (CQS), strives to ensure the best use of
information technology, following the strategic directions of the university.
As part of ITS' ongoing change process, Client Quality Services is responsible
for the development of a Continuous Improvement Program
,
designed to ensure efficient and effective communications and procedures throughout
the department.
