To help us provide you with quality service, we need you to:

  • Provide appropriate feedback on our services via the IT Helpdesk (x84000).

  • Explain your IT needs clearly and as early as possible to a Business Relationship Manager or Strategic Manager or the IT Helpdesk (x84000).

  • Keep us informed of IT changes in your area.

  • Respond to recommendations in the manner advised.
