provide and the relations we have with divisions and Faculties across the University.

Helping us help you
To help us provide you with quality service, we need you to:

Provide appropriate feedback on our services via the IT Helpdesk
(x84000).

Explain your IT needs clearly and as early as possible to a Business Relationship Manager or Strategic Manager or the IT Helpdesk (x84000).

Keep us
informed of IT changes in your area.
Respond
to recommendations in the manner advised.
