The Information Technology Services Client Charter outlines our vision, the core services we
provide and how we can work with you to get the most out of information technology.
ITS - Supporting QUT's Vision with leading information technology services in partnership with
the QUT community.
The Vision will be achieved by:

innovative IT leadership informing, and informed by, best practice in industry and higher
education
- Providing
high quality, cost effective IT solutions and services
- Communicating
with clients and understanding the role of IT in attracting and retaining students and
staff
- Developing
staff that are valued, skilled, motivated and knowledgable about client enterprises
- Providing
competitive IT capability supporting teaching and learning, research, and community
service.

To help us provide you with quality service, we need you to:
- Provide appropriate feedback on our services via the IT Helpdesk

- Keep us
informed of IT changes in your area
- Respond
to recommendations in the manner advised.
